Makeup Tips for Tired Eyes
Woke up looking like you didn't get enough sleep? Fake the requisite eight hours with these makeup tips designed to perk up tired eyes.
Prep. Before applying any makeup, soften and hydrate the skin with a primer. This will give you a smooth canvas to work with. Try our Velvet Finish Primer, which contains powerful antioxidants to help increase production of collagen and minimize the appearance of fine lines and pigmentation.
Color Correct. Don't just conceal dark circles, color correct them first utilizing the color wheel concept. If you have dark circles, correct them with Soft Peach or Fawn Pink from our ProColorRing Neutralizer. Use Tawny Amber for blue toned under eye circles. Make sure you apply the product up to the lash line and in the inner corner.
Conceal. After correcting, it's time to camouflage and conceal. Apply a complementing skin shade from the ProColorRing Concealer with a brush. Press the concealer into the skin using short stroke patterns.
Follow with Foundation. Even out the skin tone by applying foundation. Celebré Pro HD Cream Foundation provides a fresh, dewy finish that wakes up the face.
Lift Your Lids. Draw attention away from any puffiness by creating a full brow. Add instant lift by applying Brow Liner Pencil in short, feathery strokes.
Go Neutral. Use a light matte eye shadow that blends with your skin tone. The natural colors in our E.Y.E Powder Palette are perfect for this look. For added lift and highlight, apply E.Y.E Powder in Snow White on the outer end of the brow bone.
Brighten. To help brighten up the eye area even more, apply a dab of Precious Gem Powder in Diamond to the inner corner of the eye.
Lengthen. Apply a coat of Black Mascara Pro to lengthen lashes and create more lift.
Add a Pop of Color. Brighten the entire face with blush. Find the perfect color in our CHEEK Cream and CHEEK Powder collections.
