Mardi Gras Make Makeup How-To

1. Start with a clean face. Precut a stencil into the shape you desire. You can find a variety of templates on the internet. Dip a brush into water and swirl it around in the Paradise Makeup AQ color of your choice. Work it into a smooth, creamy consistency. Holding the stencil flush agains the skin, brush the Paradise onto the face in an upright angle as you lightly trace the outline of the stencil.

2. Retrace your outline with the same color Paradise to create a thicker, bold line.

3. Use another color to fill in the space where the skin is exposed. While the paint is still wet, blend the outline and second color together to create a smooth gradient effect. Do the same with the other eye, or, get creative and choose a different color.

4. Define the shapes you created by outlining them with a thin, black line. Shade the line to create a shadow effect, as if the mask is popping off of the skin. To create this effect, while the paint is still drying lightly sweep a damp brush on the black line outward to create a soft grey shadow around each shape.

5. Use GlitterMark to create swirls, dots, and thin lines. To apply, hold the applicator tip at an angle and lightly squeeze to release the product.

6. Apply L.I.P Color Cream to the lips. Define the eyes by lining the upper lid with Black Paradise Makeup AQ and winging out. For a little extra sparkle, dab the center of each upper lid with a small dot of GlitterMark.
