Mehron Valentine Challenge Winners


Our 2nd Annual Mehron Valentine Challenge submissions were absolutely outstanding! Out of so many artists it was extremely difficult to just pick two winners. But, that was the task assigned to our featured judges Alex Faction and Jordan Hanz. They reviewed thousands of MehronValentine hashtags with a focus on concept originality, eye catching design, and detail. You Mehron Boys and Girls didn't make it easy for them!

"Every year keeps getting bigger and the talent is astronomical," said Alex. "Jordan and I had such a tough time selecting the winners. Everyone's looks were so well executed and the creative to reinvent such a traditional theme was above and beyond."

So many amazing and talented artists took part in the challenge. The pair truly had their work cut out for them, but it was a labor of love for Jordan. "Looking through the talent was my favorite part because I stumbled upon an immense amount of creativity," she said. "Scrolling through the hashtag became a joy to do. I found new amazing artists I hadn't seen before, partnered with a company I adore, and now am left feeling inspired and blown away by the artistry."

With so much competition, we are thrilled to announce this year's winners who stood out among the rest. Congratulations to Beauty winner @pigeon_pie_art and Performance winner @samshineart. Your creativity deeply moved us.

The European Bodypainting Festival

Last weekend Mehron Girl Nicole Aspradakis did the brand proud at the European Bodypainting Festival, taking 6th place overall. The event, hosted in the picturesque Netherlands, was a summer bodypainting fairy tale. The artists worked outdoors under tents in a beautiful park amid a lush, green landscape. In this open air space, fans could watch over the artists' shoulders as they created their magic. Their art was then presented in a spectacular stage show. Nicole's creations brought powerful messages to life. In Round 1, themed Wonders of Nature, Nicole expressed her concern for ocean life.
